I come from a family of entrepreneurs. My Mother owns her business, and my Father has started or funded over 40 ventures through his small business incubator. I caught the “business bug” early.
Working directly with the Partners and Principals, I evaluate deals for this very active “band of angels” investment firm. I have completed extensive market analysis, and business valuation projects.
The Spencer W. Elliott Corporation
In 2002, at age 8, I formed my first Corporation, The Spencer W. Elliott Corporation, after I received my first endorsement as a professional snow skier. Over the years I’ve represented some of the biggest names in the ski industry at the best ski resorts in the United States.
I am a Professional Ski Instructors of America Registered Ski Instructor and maintain an active membership in PSIA.
Your Secret Agents
In 2008 I formed my second business venture, Your Secret Agents, Inc., a virtual assistants business designed to provide support services for individuals and for small or home based business, insurance and real estate agents. Check it out at www.yoursecretagents.com
Assets Elevated
Assets Elevated asked me to present information about how students can save for college, and various college funding alternatives. I travel extensively over the summer months and speak to individuals, groups, and organizations interested in developing a Private Wealth System and using the Assets Elevated saving system. I’ve had the privilege of sharing the stage with several economic pioneers including Nelson Nash, and my father, Bill Elliott. I really enjoy public speaking and helping others to plan for a bright future.
Through Assets Elevated, I’ve opened a General Life Insurance Agency.

As Director of Strategic Planning-North America, Spencer brings a unique business perspective to LipoLucent, a new weight loss start-up. Spencer concentrates his efforts on marketing and quality control systems at LipoLucent. A classically trained economist, Spencer is a member of the American Statistical Association, and has taught at the prestigious W.P. Carey School of Business at Arizona State University. Nationally recognized lecturer and trainer, he has been invited to speak on business funding, and personal wealth strategies, nationwide.
